Marriage Chronicles

Hey Folks! Thank you so much for coming through to visit my blog. I'm excited to be able to share my thoughts, perspectives, and views on subjects via my blog! This is my first series on here and I've entitled it "Marriage Chronicles". I'm doing this because there is so much I've learned about being married in such a short amount of time. And I have the rest of my life to learn more. I'm going to share what our, my wife and I, journey was like up until the present.

Now, I got married February 21, 2010. I know. I know. I've only been married 2 months, but preparation has ALOT to do with marriage. Besides, why do you think it takes 9 months for a baby to be born? Can you imagine if it only took a week for a baby to be born? Or even a month? The baby would have underdeveloped body parts, organs, and just wouldn't be right! A mother and a Father don't start prepping for the baby when she gives birth. They prepare themselves in advance! Ofcourse there are somethings you cannot be COMPLETELY READY FOR, however, having a thorough understanding of what you're in store for helps.

Ahhh, where do I begin? Well, I'll first say we knew of one another in High School. We dated on and off throughout undergrad, but as a fool, I'd always come around, stay around for a couple months, then disappear. That was my routine (foolish ol' me). We attempted to "court" one another after receiving our degrees, which was around 2006-2007 or so. Things didn't work; to say the least, again my fault. At that point and I kid you not, my words were, "She's going to make a great wife to someone one day." We then went our separate ways until reuniting through our BELOVED AND EXTREMELY MISSED SISTER, CYNTHIA; in 2009. Then a REAL COURTSHIP WITH PERPETUITY began. Come back to get the details...
